Affinity Mapping Best Practices
This project started by clarifying ActionSprout’s product strategy by grouping and prioritizing Facebook Page management best practices. I facilitated a remote workshop for team members who work with users most often using a digital post-it board called Stickies.io. The workshop focused on grouping the Facebook Page management best practices to determine what to introduce to users first during the new onboarding experience. The team selected: 1) Posting at the times of day when a majority of your fans are on Facebook, 2) Post 3-5 times a day, and 3) Re-post your top performing content.
To onboard new users effectively to the best practices mapped in the user journey, we created two new onboarding experiences to reflect different user goals.
