ActionSprout is a web product that helps thousands of non-profits leverage Facebook to advance their missions. As a first step to increasing user retention, we designed and launched a new onboarding experience.  The new experience makes it easier for nonprofit social media managers to learn and start using Page management best practices.

We conducted user interviews to better understand the needs and context of nonprofit social media managers. Collaborating with the team, we created a journey map with Page management best practices, design implications and a measurable UX principle for each step.
