After interviewing 20+ users, we organized the tasks for each role along a 9-step organizational compliance process using a digital sticky noting tool. The team created a measurable metric for each step of the organizational process the product helped to facilitate.
We focused our initial prototype on a core set of functionality in the team process. We selected three scenarios from this portion of the team persona to illustrate and clarify user goals.
We created a user flow from a task analysis of each scenario.
We combined the user flows into a site map with color coding showing how each part of the experience was relevant to the priority scenarios.
We sketched on paper and whiteboard, individually and in workshop, to define the best interface to support the user goals.
Medium Fidelity Prototype
I led the execution of a functional prototype for usability testing with the customers first customer. The testing session was successful and allowed the company to secure its first customer.
High Fidelity Prototype
We included a polished, branded interface during testing to get feedback the final look and feel of the product.
