task analysis / user flow
We used personas to represent how different groups internally related to learning new skills. The team raised two scenarios as most important. To build empathy, the team used a persona that was not their own to act out each scenario in a workshop. We created a task analysis for each scenario, then synthesized them to create a team user flow.
We created an initial site map using Lucid Chart to combine the user flow from the team workshop.
Using Proto.io, we created high fidelity mocks, labeled each interaction and used the asset to present to business stakeholders.
